| Objective:To investigate the relationship between tumor markers such as carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and carbohydrate antigen125(CA125)and gastric cancer progression and early recurrence after radical gastrectomy. Then judge the value of preoperative, postoperative CEA,CA19-9 and CA125 changes for monitoring early postoperative recurrence.Method:The complete clinical data and serum tumor markers of 180 patients with gastric cancer admitted from January 2017 to January 2019 in Jinhua Hospital of Zhejiang University were retrospectively analyzed. After 1 year follow-up,166 patients were included.According to the positive or negative tumor markers or early recurrence or non early recurrence after radical gastrectomy, the patients were divided into two groups, and According to the positive or negative tumor markers or early recurrence or non early recurrence after radical gastrectomy, the relationship between CEA,CA19-9 and CA125 and tumor depth of infiltration, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, tumor thrombus in vessels and early recurrence after radical gastrectomy was analyzed by spss20.0 statistical software. Results:The positive rates of CEA and CA19-9 were higher in patients with serous infiltration or penetration than in patients without serous infiltration. The positive rates of CA19-9 in patients with intravascular cancer thrombus were higher in patients with intravascular cancer thrombus than in patients without intravascular cancer thrombus. The positive rates of CA19-9 and CA125 were higher in patients with clinical stage III than in patients with stage I + II.The early postoperative recurrence was related to CA125 positive,CEA positive,CA19-9 positive,CA125 positive, depth of invasion, tumor thrombus, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. The early postoperative recurrence rate of CEA,CA19-9 and CA125 positive patients was 19.5%,24.4% and12.2%,respectively.The early postoperative recurrence rate of CEA,CA19-9 and CA125 positive patients was 60.9%,41.5% and 43.9%,respectively.According to multivariate logistic regression analysis,CA19-9,CA125 and tumor thrombus were independent risk factors for early recurrence of gastric cancer. Conclusion:The expression levels of serum CEA,ca19-9 and CA125 were significantly correlated with the progression of gastric cancer. The increased expression levels ofCEA,ca19-9 and CA125 after surgery could better predict the early recurrence of gastric cancer after radical gastrectomy... |
