Clinical Study Of Altered-Fuli Soup For Wounds Healing After Operation Of Anal Fistula Of Dowdward Flow Damp-heat

Objective:Currently surgical treatmennt is the best treatment for anal fistula,but Postoperative complications such as wound pain and slow healing bothering the anal fistula patients and Clinicians.This subject has studied the effect of oral Altered-Fuli soap on the healing of Postoperative pain,wound exudate and wound healing to the ananl fistula for downward flow of damp heat of anal fistula’s patients,preliminary analysis of possible mechanisms of Altered-Fuli soap,provide a theoretical basis for further promotion of Altered-Fuli soap in the treatment of anal fistula patients of damp heat in the future.Method:Select 60 anal fistula patients of damp heat that underwent excision of anal fistula seton operation or after operation in our hospital from 2019 June to 2020 January.Randomly dividing into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,all patients were given the conventional treatment,except the conventional treatment the observation group was given Altered-Fuli soap(from the first postoperative day,oral),in comparison,the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment without any treatment.The wound pain,resectivrly wound exudates were observed on the 3rd,7th and12 th postoperative days,Compare the wound region and the wound healing rate of two groups patients after 10 days and 16 days of surgical,wound healing time record.,after discharge from the hosipital,the paralyzed patients were returned to the hospital everyday to record the wound healing time.Result:The results of the general information between the two groups of patients showed no significant difference in age,gender,Postoperative wound area,wound exudate,pain,severity of disease,surgical method.Inspecting the two groups postoperative pain score,found that the third day and the seventh after operation,the observation group painscore lower than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Censusing the wound secretion score of the two groups,the seventh day,twelfth day after operation,the observation group of wound secretion score was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Comparing the wound healing rate of two groups,the tenth day and the sixteenth day after operation the wound healing rate of observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The wound completely epithelium was cured standard,two groups of cured time comparison,the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Compared the observation group(using Altered-Fuli soap)to the control group(Con ventional treatment),the observation group can more effectively reduce wound pain,re duce wound secretion,promote wound healing and improve quality of patients life.Alter ed-Fuli soap can promote the treatment of damp heat type of low simple anal fistula surgery wound.which is worthy of further research and clinical promotion.
