Clinical Study Of JiaJianWenDan Decoction In Treating The Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Acute Exacerbation Of Phlegm-heat Pulmonary Syndrome And Its Effect On CC16

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of JiaJianWenDan Decoction in the treatment of Acute exacerbations of COPD of Phlegm heat obstructs lung syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its influence on serum CC16,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods: A total of 62 patients with Acute exacerbations of COPD of Phlegm heat obstructs lung syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups according to 1:1,31 patients in treatment group and 31 patients in control group.The control group was treated according to the AECOPD treatment plan in the global initiative for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(2019),and the treatment group was treated with western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine granules plus JiaJianWenDan decoction.The course of treatment was 10 days,and the changes of clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,CAT score and serum CC16 in the two groups were observed.Result:1.There was no significant difference in general data(gender,age,disease course,lung function severity,etc.)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);Ang there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in TCM symptom score,single symptom score,serum CC16,CAT score,etc.(P>0.05).2.Curative effect of TCM syndrome: the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group(90.00%)was better than the control group(80.64%).3.TCM syndrome score:the scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference between the two groups after TCM syndrome integral treatment showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Single symptom score: comparison between the two groups: before and after treatment,there were significant differences in cough,expectoration,phlegm viscosity,wheezing,thirst and constipation(P<0.01);There was no significant difference before and after treatment in terms of fever and chest pain(P>0.05).Comparison between the two groups: in terms of cough and wheezing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).In terms of expectoration,thirst and constipation,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of phlegm,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Serum CC16: the differences in each group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference of serum CC16 between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.CAT score: comparison of CAT scores before and after treatment in each group of the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The overall effect of the changes of wendan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of Phlegm heat obstructs lung syndrome in the Acute exacerbations of COPD stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is better than that of conventional western medicine alone.2.The combination of JiaJianWenDan decoction and western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of cough,excessive sputum volume,phlegm viscosity,wheezing,thirst and constipation in patients with of Phlegm heat obstructs lung syndrome in the Acute exacerbations of COPD stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and the effect is more obvious in the aspects of phlegm quantity,thirst and constipation,and the effect is more significant in the aspects of phlegm viscosity.3.In the treatment of Acute exacerbations of COPD of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with Phlegm heat obstructs lung syndrome,the JiaJianWenDan decoction may have an anti-airway inflammatory pharmacological effect,so as to play the role of airway protection by improving the level of serum CC16,and the effect of combined western medicine is more significant than that of single western medicine.4.The JiaJianWenDan decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with Acute exacerbations of COPD of Phlegm heat obstructs lung syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and the combination of western medicine is better than western medicine alone.
