| ObjectiveIn this study,we observed the effect of acupoint embedding combined with plum blossom needle on chronic urticaria with gastrointestinal moist heat,and compared with the effect of oral oral epilepsin capsule on chronic urticaria with gastrointestinal moist heat.The advantages of chronic urticaria add a new therapeutic basis for the combination of the two Chinese medical methods,and provide a safer and more effective treatment for the treatment of the disease.Methods66 patients with gastrointestinal moist heat type chronic urticaria who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,33 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupoint embedding and plum blossom acupuncture,and two groups of acupoints were prepared according to the type of gastrointestinal dampness syndrome.The first group:Quchi,Tianshu,Xuehai,Fengshi,Zusanli;Group 2:damper,lung Yu,Yushu,spleen,and large intestines;all the selected points are bilateral acupoints,and the two groups of acupoints are alternately used.One week,the acupoints are embedding once,the plum blossom needles are stabbed twice,and the four weeks are a course of treatment.The control group was administered orally with eplestine hydrochloride capsules,20 mg each time,once a day,before bedtime,and 4 weeks for one course of treatment.A total of 1 course of treatment,comparing the clinical symptom scores and dermatological quality of life(DLQI)scores before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy after treatment were evaluated and compared.ResultsAll the 66 patients who were finally included in the observation completed all treatment courses.Before treatment,the baseline observation indicators such as age,gender,and duration of disease were compared between the two groups.There was no significant difference(P>0.05),which was comparable.The data before and after treatment were collected and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software.The results are as follows:1.In terms of overall efficacy,the treatment group recovered 1 case,markedly effective 10 cases,effective 21 cases,and 1 case was ineffective.There were no cure cases in the control group,3 cases were effective,23 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.97%.Compared with the control group of 78.79%(P<0.05).2.In terms of clinical symptom scores,after treatment,the degree of itching,the number of wheals,the maximum diameter of the wheal,the duration of the wheal,the number of daily wheal attacks,and the total scores of the patients in the treatment group were compared with those before treatment and The group was significantly reduced(f<0.05);3.DLQI scores were compared.After treatment,the DLQI scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionOn the basis of dialectical selection,the use of acupoint embedding and plum blossom acupuncture to treat chronic urticaria with gastrointestinal moist heat can significantly reduce the degree of itching,reduce the number of wheals,reduce the diameter of the wheal,shorten the duration of the wheal,and reduce the wind.The number of episodes of the group has a significant improvement on the quality of life of the patients,and the curative effect is significantly better than that of oral epilepsine hydrochloride capsules.It has exerted the advantages of traditional medicine in the treatment of this disease,and provided strong clinical evidence for the clinical application of acupoint embedding combined with plum blossom acupuncture. |
