Research On Safety Prevention And Control Mechanism Of Clinical Medicine Undergraduates In Lanzhou University

In the context of the modernization of the country’s governance system and capacity,explore the implementation of scientific administration according to law,strengthen and improve the internal risk control mechanism in colleges and universities and to maintain the security and stability,and students’ healthy growth,which is the fundamental guarantee for the implementation of the educational function of the state and the cultivation of cultural and scientific talents,is an important guarantee of promoting social development and national progress.In order to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality and cultivate builders and successors of socialism with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor,colleges and universities must ensure a safe and stable teaching order and do a good job in campus safety prevention and control and safety management of college students.Under the background of the national implementation of the healthy China strategy,the training of medical students,as an important part of the national talent training,has been paid more and more attention by the education sector and the public.In this paper,through questionnaire investigation,interview,case study and the methods of literature research,clinical medical undergraduates in lanzhou university safety prevention and control work,analyzing the present situation and problems of the application of risk management,public crisis management,safety management theory,from the perspective of student work,according to the four stages of crisis management model construction safety control mechanism,puts forward the prevention and control in the safety of counselor role,combined with the medical professional characteristics and the characteristics of medical students,strengthening medical students’ professional spirit,the safety management into the professional study,through to the safety management of the professional spirit,The professionalsafety education can cultivate students’ safety quality,ensure the safety of clinical medicine undergraduates to the greatest extent,and better serve the growth of medical students.Through the exploration of this paper,it provides some countermeasures and suggestions for the effective operation of safety prevention and control mechanism for undergraduate students in clinical medicine,and provides exploratory support for student staff to carry out crisis management efficiently and scientifically and to carry out safety education effectively.
