| Objectives: This research focuses on the development of the discipline construction of public health and preventive medicine in the context of the current "double first-class" construction,and plans to evaluate the performance of the discipline construction of 33 universities of public health and preventive medicine,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative performance evaluation methods Comprehensive performance evaluation of the discipline construction status in order to obtain the effectiveness of the performance of the discipline construction in 33 colleges and universities,in order to find out more accurately the influencing factors that affect the performance of preventive medicine discipline construction,and clarify the first-class disciplines of public health and preventive medicine The advantages and disadvantages of the construction process provide improvement measures for the development of first-class disciplines in colleges and universities,and clarify the direction of improvement.Methods: By establishing a public health and preventive medicine-disciplinary performance evaluation index system,the AHP is used to assign weights to its input-output indicators at all levels,and based on this,an intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator is used to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the subject’s performance construction.;The data envelopment analysis model with interaction(CH-DEA)can take into account the interaction between the input and output variables of the subject,which can effectively prevent the correlation and interaction between the variables and make the data results have no reference value.Health and preventive medicine-discipline construction performance evaluation can make the evaluation results more scientific and reasonable.Results: The DEA model was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the first-class discipline construction of 33 public health and preventive medicine universities.The performance evaluation results obtained 24 effective decision-making units and 9 invalid decision-making units,reflecting 33 of their respective performance results.The cross-performance ranking of colleges and universities finally resulted in 4 effectivedecision-making units for overall performance,and the remaining 29 colleges and universities had ineffective performance.Under the calculation of intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator,there are also cases where the performance ranking of nine invalid decision-making units is behind.The top four universities in the overall performance of the CH-DEA model are ranked 3,4,6,and 11 under the weighted average operator calculation.The ranking of 6,26,16,and 18 is relatively high,reflecting that these universities are in the near future.In the past few years,the construction of the disciplines of public health and preventive medicine has achieved remarkable results,and the level and reputation of discipline construction have been continuously improved.Conclusions: Each of the two performance evaluation methods has its own emphasis and advantages.The Interactive Data Envelopment Analysis Model(CH-DEA)considers that the interaction between the evaluation indicators will affect the accuracy of the evaluation results,and performs "self-evaluation" and "other evaluation" to obtain the comprehensive performance ranking of 33 universities.The CH-DEA model is calculated using input-output data from 2011 to 2019.It is a relatively static process;the intuitive fuzzy weighted average operator avoids the mechanical and limitations caused by pure objective evaluation.Considering the actual value of subjective factors to achieve the organic combination of the subjective and objective.The operator is a subjective real-time evaluation performed by the evaluator based on his own knowledge and understanding of the university when the weight of the output index is determined.It is a relatively dynamic evaluation process.The ranking of the performance of the discipline construction of 33 universities with public health and preventive medicine reflects that China’s "double first-class" is still in the construction stage.Major universities cannot blindly pursue entry into the "double first-class" construction list,but should combine their own university development The current situation,on the basis of existing discipline construction resources,down-to-earth,and do a good job of discipline construction. |
