| The unbalanced distribution of high quality medical resources is one of the main reasons for the difficulty of seeing a doctor.Under the background of the new medical reform,it is an important measure to carry out the Integrated care organizations to solve the problem.As the core hospital of the medical association,urban tertiary hospitals realize the effective subsidence of high-quality medical resources by means of assisting the resident points of member hospitals,and construct a new pattern of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and medical order,so as to improve the ability of primary medical treatment.In this study,the practice of The First affiliated hospital of Jinan University participating in the construction of medical association to carry out assistance and cooperation for member hospitals was taken as the analysis object.With the continuous development of resident assistance,the interest pattern of core hospitals,departments and doctors would all change,making it difficult to maintain the cooperation intention of core hospitals for a long time.This paper analyzes the key factors influencing the cooperation among the leaders,department directors and general doctors of The First affiliated hospital of Jinan University,and puts forward the research design.The interview method is used for the hospital leaders and department directors.Due to the large number of people,questionnaire survey is used for doctors.The survey results show that there are differences in cooperation intention and existing problems at the three levels,so countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to strengthen the cooperation intention of core hospitals to participate in the resident support.This thesis concludes that:(1)there are many factors that affect the willingness of core hospitals to participate in the resident assistance of the Medical Union,both positive and negative factors;(2)from different levels of analysis,ordinary doctors are most concerned about the improvement of incentive mechanism,the most worrying is the impact of family life;The director most approves of the training of young physicians,most worries about the problem of shortage of hands;hospital leaders are most concernedabout social benefits,the most worrying is the stability and durability of cooperation;(3)the solution to enhance the willingness to cooperate is as follows: hospital level,the establishment of a benefit-sharing mechanism of the Medical Union and the government to increase policy guidance and strength At the Department level,we should build a reasonable division of labor and cooperation mechanism,and respect the department’s actual complementary manpower;at the doctor level,we should improve the assessment and incentive mechanism,and pay attention to cultural integration and value recognition.This paper mainly discusses how to enhance the cooperation willingness of core hospitals to participate in the resident assistance,which can be used for reference in enhancing the leading role of core hospitals,promoting the steady development of the construction of the Integrated care organizations and realizing the policy objectives of the Integrated care organizations. |
