| Objective:Objectives of this study: 1.To explore the location of ATF2,DUSP1,and MAPK1 in placental tissues of patients with preeclampsia;2.To explore the relative expression of ATF2,DUSP1,and pMAPK1 in placental tissues of patients with preeclampsia, and speculate that preeclampsia may be possible Pathogenesis.Methods:30 cases of preeclampsia placental tissue and 30 normal were collected from October 2018 to April 2019 in the obstetrics department of the Second Clinical Medical College.Placental tissues of pregnant women, corresponding clinical data were collected, and the expression of ATF2,DUSP1,and MAPK1 proteins in placental tissues was detected by immunohistochemical methods.Western-blot was used to quantitatively and quantitatively detect placental tissues in each group The expressions of ATF2,DUSP1,and pMAPK1 proteins in the experimental data were processed by SPSS22.0 software. Results:The results were as follows: compared with the normal pregnant women group, the age of the patients with preeclampsia was significantly different from that of the control group(P >0.05).However,gestational age and neonatal body weight in the preeclampsia group were significantly lower than those in the normal pregnant women group(gestational age :(36.80±2.60)、(39.31±1.09)weeks;neonatal body weight:(2616.50±607.08)、(3351.81±382.65)g)(all P <0.001).The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and body mass index in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(systolic blood pressure :(164.40±16.12)、(125.03±9.42),diastolic blood pressure :(106.90±9.94)、(78.00±8.88)mmHg,and body mass index :(25.12±3.87)、(21.19±2.50)](all P <0.001).Conclusion:The expression level of ATF2 and DUSP1 in the placenta tissue of the preeclampsia group was higher than that of normal pregnant women;compared with normal pregnant women, the expression level of pMAPK1(pERK1 / 2)in the placenta tissue of patients with preeclampsia decreased. It is suggested that the increased expression of ATF2 and DUSP1 in placental tissues of patients with preeclampsia may inhibit the activation of MAPK1 and the expression of pMAPK1,leading to abnormal invasion of placental trophoblasts, placental oxidative stress and inflammatory response, maternal systemic inflammation, and participation in preeclampsia Occurrence and development. |
