Objective: By measuring changes in serum uric acid and myocardial enzymes(including AST,LDH,HBDH,CK,CKMB)in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease, the value of serum uric acid and myocardial enzyme in assessing the degree of heart failure in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and the correlation between the two will be discussed. Methods: 102 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease admitted in General Medicine Department and Department of Respiration in Affiliated Hospital of Qinmghai University from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected.Patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were grouped into a 6-minute walk test according to the standards of the American thoracic society.Measure and record the 6 minute walk distance as required, then all the patients were divided into Mild heart failure group,Moderate heart failure group and Severe heart failure group.(1)The general data were statistically analyzed;(2)The differences of myocardial enzyme,SUA,arterial oxygen partial pressure(PO2)and 6MWD before treatment were compared between groups, and the correlation between SUA and myocardial enzyme levels before treatment was analyzed.(3)The differences of myocardial enzymes,SUA,PO2,6MWD and other indicators before and after treatment were compared.(4)Correlation analysis of myocardial enzyme,SUA,PO2 and 6MWD levels before treatment was conducted.Results:(1)There were statistically significant differences in the levels of myocardial enzyme,SUA and PO2 in the three groups of chronic pulmonary heart disease before treatment(p<0.05).(2)AST,LDH,HBDH,SUA,PO2 and 6MWD levels of patients in the three groups before and after treatment showed statistically significant differences(p<0.05).(3)Correlation analysis showed that AST,LDH,HBDH,CKMB,SUA and PO2 of the three groups before treatment were correlated with 6MWD.Conclusion:(1)The degree of heart failure in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease is correlated with myocardial enzyme and SUA.The more severe the heart failure, the higher the levels of myocardial enzymes and SUA.(2)After relevant treatment, the level of myocardial enzyme and SUA decreased with the improvement of the degree of heart failure, suggesting that AST,LDH,HBDH,CKMB and SUA can be used as auxiliary indicators to assess the severity of heart failure in patients with chronic pulmonary heart failure and to observe the effectiveness of treatment.
