To Explore The Clinical Effect Of Huazi Dihuang Decoction On Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy Based On "xing Jing Qi Wei"

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Huazi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with stage III kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and to provide a new clinical treatment.Methods: Eighty patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy of stage III kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 40)and control group(n = 40).Both groups were given basic treatment.The control group was orally administered with Irbesartan Tablets.The treatment group was additionally administered with Huazi Dihuang Decoction based on the control group.Observation period: half a year.The changes of TCM symptom scores and biochemical indicators were observed.Results: ① In terms of clinical efficacy of the disease and TCM efficacy,the overall response rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).② In the improvement of TCM symptoms,the decrease of treatment score and single item score was superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).③ In terms of blood glucose and lipid regulation,the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering amplitudes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);In terms of blood pressure regulation,the treatment group had no significant advantage,and the difference was not statistically significant(P < 0.05).④ In terms of urinary protein excretion,the decrease of urinary protein excretion in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).⑤After treatment,there was no significant change in renal function between the two groups(P > 0.05).⑥No significant adverse effects were observed in either group during the course of treatment.Conclusion: Huazi Dihuang Decoction can regulate blood glucose and blood lipid,reduce the level of microalbuminuria,delay the progression of the disease,improve the symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy with stage III kidney deficiency and blood stasis,play a role in renal protection,decoction without adverse reactions,safe and reliable clinical application.
