Clinical Observation Of Ankunzhongzi Pills Combined With Femoston In Treating Primary Ovarian Insufficiency Of Kidney-yang Deficiency

Objective:Through observing and analyzing the clinical effect of Ankunzhongzi pills combined with femoston in the treatment of Primary ovarian insufficiency with kidney-yang deficiency,and objectively evaluate their efficacy.Methods:Through choosing June 2018 to September 2019 to go to the obstetrics and gynecology,infertility and outpatient department of the Gansu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine and inpatient wards.60 female patients were diagnosed and met the POI of kidney-yang deficiency.The therapy and control group,30 cases in each group.The therapy group was given Ankunzhongzi pills combined with femoston treatment,and the control group was given fenmaton treatment.After three courses of treatment in each group,the clinical syndrome scores,serum FSH,E₂,and AMH values of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Changes,ovarian volume,number of sinus follicles,and objective evaluation of the efficacy of Ankunzhongzi pills.Results:1.The age,course of disease,serum FSH,E₂,AMH value,ovarian volume,sinus follicle number and TCM syndrome score of two groups of patients were not statistically different（P>0.05）,indicating that the two groups are comparable this study can be conducted.2.After treatment,the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was compared.The total effective rate of the therapy group was 89.66%and that of the control group was 71.43%.After testing,there was a statistical difference（P=0.029<0.05）,indicating that the therapy group treated POI with kidney-yang deficiency,the effect is better than the control group.3.After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than before therapy,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.001）.The difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.001）,indicating that the therapy group is improving TCM The total score of syndrome is better than the control group.4.After treatment,the scores of single TCM syndromes were lower in the therapy group than before,with statistical differences（P<0.01）.The control group had no statistics in the four scores of fatigue,cold chills,frequent nocturia,and decreased libido.The difference（P>0.05）,the remaining TCM syndrome scores were lower than before treatment,with statistical difference（P<0.01）.After treatment,the two groups of single TCM syndrome scores were compared,there was a statistical difference（P<0.05）,indicating that the therapy group is superior to the control group in reducing the individual TCM syndrome scores of patients.5.After treatment,the serum index FSH of the two groups of patients decreased compared with before,and the E₂ and AMH values were higher than before,with statistical difference（P<0.05）.The comparison between groups showed statistical difference（P<0.01）,indicating the therapy group.It is better than the control group in improving the serological indexes of patients.6.After treatment,the volume of bilateral ovaries in the therapy group increased compared with before,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）,the volume of bilateral ovaries in the control group did not improve significantly,the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.The difference in bilateral ovarian volume between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）,indicating that the therapy group was better than the control group in improving ovarian volume.7.After treatment,the number of sinus follicles in the two groups increased compared with before treatment,with statistical difference（P<0.001）.Comparison between the groups,there was statistical difference（P<0.001）,indicating that the therapy group was superior in increasing the number of sinus follicles In the control group.Conclusion:1.Ankunzhongzi Pills combined with femoston can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of patients with kidney-yang deficiency type POI and reduce the TCM syndrome score,and its total effective rate is better than the control group.2.Ankunzhongzi Pills combined with femoston treatment of POI with kidney-yang deficiency can effectively reduce FSH levels,increase E₂ and AMH levels,increase the number of sinus follicles,increase ovarian volume and improve ovarian function,the effect is better than the control group.
