Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion therapy of Jiu Jing Tu and moxibustion on ginger in treating chronic superficial gastritis of deficient cold of spleen and stomach, compared with moxa stick moxibustion treatment of the disease,to explore the significance of moxibustion therapy of Jiu Jing Tu and moxibustion on ginger in improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with this disease, thus to verify the clinical practical value of the moxibustion therapy of Jiu Jing Tu and moxibustion on ginger and to provide a new treatment method for the clinical treatment of this disease. Methods: According to the random number table method,88 patients with chronic superficial gastritis of deficient cold of spleen and stomach were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(44 cases)and the control group(44 cases). In the treatment group, moxibustion therapy of Jiu Jing Tu and moxibustion on ginger was used, and Zhongwan,Guanyuan,Zusanli(bilateral),Nieshu,Pishu and Weishu were selected according to the acupoint positioning method in the Jiu Jing Tu.The control group was treated with moxa stick moxibustion, and Zhongwan,Guanyuan,Zusanli(bilateral)and Pishu were selected according to the routine acupoint positioning method. Both groups were treated with the same frequency, three times a week, one time every other day,a course of treatment for three weeks. After one course of treatment,we compared the digestive tract symptom score and Hp infection degree of the two groups before and after the treatment, and made a comprehensive judgment of the curative effect after statistical treatment.Results:1.General data comparison: Tested by statistics, there were no statistical differences in gender, age and course of disease between the group of moxibustion therapy of Jiu Jing Tu and moxibustion on ginger and the moxa stick moxibustion group(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.TCM symptoms evaluation results: Before treatment, there were no statistical differences in classification of individual symptoms in TCM between the two groups ofpatients by rank sum test(P(29)0.05),which was comparable. After treatment,in addition to defecation laboriousness, the symptoms of epigastric fullness, epigastric pain, poor appetite, upper abdominal distention, mouth spitting and salivation clearing, loose stool andfatigue, they were all P(27)0.05,so the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the total score of symptoms between the two groups of patients before treatment(P(29)0.05).After treatment, the total score of symptoms was lower than that in the control group(P(27)0.05),so there was statistical significance.3.Hp infection degree: There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P(29)0.05),which was comparable. After treatment, the difference of Hp infection in the two groups was statistically significant(P(27)0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P(27)0.05)after treatment.4.Safety evaluation results: Before and after treatment, there was no obvious abnormality in the general vital signs and the indexes of various examination items of the two groups.Adverse reactions: in the treatment group,2 patients had dry mouth in different degrees after treatment, which could tolerate the treatment. There was no discomfort in the control group.Conclusion:1.Both moxibustion therapy of Jiu Jing Tu and moxibustion on ginger and moxibustion with moxa sticks can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the Hp infection of patients with chronic superficial gastritis of deficient cold of spleen and stomach, but the moxibustion therapy of Jiujing Tu and moxibustion on ginger is more effective.2.Compared with moxibustion with moxa sticks, the moxibustion therapy of Jiu Jing Tu and moxibustion on ginger has sufficient quantity, great effect,no obvious adverse reactions, and is safe and effective.
