| The "Healthy China Strategy" first proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is an important strategic arrangement made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,starting from longterm development and the forefront of the times.Based on the people’s needs for a better life,it has clarified specific implementation plans for building a healthy China in the new era.In addition,the promulgation of related policies such as the "Healthy China Action" and the "Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline" have all shown that the construction of a healthy China is necessary for the development of the times.Harmonious doctorpatient relationship,as an important part of the Healthy China Strategy,plays a vital role in ensuring and promoting the smooth implementation of the Healthy China Strategy.The rapid development of new media has strengthened people’s right to speak online,the function of agenda setting in the new media environment has become more prominent,and the effect of the Internet on reality has been further enhanced.From this level,the new media environment has played a role in building harmonious doctors and patients.Relationships play a very important role.In this context,this article studies the influence of harmonious doctor-patient relationship issues in the new media environment from the perspective of agenda setting.The research is divided into three parts: the first part is a literature review and theoretical overview,the second part is model construction and empirical analysis,and the third part is policy recommendations.The first part contains the first chapter and the second chapter,which mainly analyze the research status at home and abroad,and define the relevant theories and concepts involved in this article.The second part contains the third and fourth chapters.The third chapter builds a three-dimensional issue influence model based on the agenda setting theory.The fourth chapter empirically tests the influence model from three dimensions: the type of communication subject,the form of expression,and the tone of the communication.analysis.The second part of the empirical analysis found that in the process of constructing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship issue in the new media environment,from the perspective of the type of subject matter,the impact of individual authentication users is higher than that of official authentication users and ordinary users.To a large extent,it depends on the active level of the subject,and is not closely related to the subject category.The difference in the density of the subject network will cause differences in the effect of communication and affect the size of the influence.The density of officially certified subject networks has a strong impact potential;From the perspective of expression,the influence of Weibo video issues is lower than that of Weibo articles and ordinary Weibo,but in emergencies,the influence of Weibo articles is higher than that of ordinary Weibo and Weibo videos.From the perspective of the tone of communication,issues related to harmonious doctor-patient relationship are affected by third-party effects in the process of communication.Issues with negative emotions are more likely to attract people’s attention and have a greater impact;The analysis found that negative issues expressed in video form had the highest impact.The third part contains the fifth chapter.Based on the empirical analysis conclusions,this part proposes countermeasures to construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship among the five types of subjects from the perspective of three-dimensionality.Through the research on the influence of harmonious doctor-patient relationship issues in the new media environment,it helps to clarify the key nodes of harmonious doctor-patient relationship in the network environment,helps to establish a good network doctor-patient relationship,and builds a harmonious doctor-patient relationship It has a positive impact and played an important role in promoting the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy. |
