| Objective:To explore the TCM constitution classification and clinical correlation of patients with primary dyslipidemia, and to find metabolic markers of different constitutions,so as to provide clinical basis for early intervention of primary dyslipidemia from the perspective of constitution.Methods:1.Using cross-sectional study,283 patients with primary dyslipidemia were enrolled.Nine constitution classification were determined by questionnaire survey. The constitution distribution of patients with primary dyslipidemia was discussed, and the clinical correlation between different constitutions and the classification of dyslipidemia was analyzed.2.Sixty patients with primary dyslipidemia were enrolled by matched case-control study, including 30 cases of deficiency constitution and 30 cases of excessive constitution.Serum samples were collected for biochemical analysis and gas chromatography(GC-MS).Serum differential metabolites and metabolic pathways of deficient substances in patients with primary dyslipidemia were studied by principal component analysis and partial least squares analysis.Result:1.More than 10% of the patients with primary dyslipidemia had a biased constitution of phlegm-dampness,qi-deficiency,damp-heat and qi-depression,in which the excessive constitution accounted for 67.84%,while the deficiency constitution was less(29.33%);the age of the deficiency constitution patients(70.70±13.28)was significantly higher than that of the excessive constitution patients(59.77±12.16)(p <0.05);the excessive constitution was negatively correlated with hypertriglyceridemia(r=-0.134).Deficiency constitution was positively correlated with hypertriglyceridemia(r=0.152).2.The deficiency syndrome group and the excessive syndrome group of patients with primary dyslipidemia can be effectively distinguished, and there are different metabolites and different metabolic pathways.By comparing the two groups of virtual substances,18 potential markers of difference were screened, which mainly involved lipids and amino acids, possibly related to energy metabolism.Conclusion:1.Phlegm-dampness,Qi deficiency and dampness-heat are the most common constitutional classification of TCM in patients with primary dyslipidemia. The average age of patients with deficiency constitution is older than that of patients with excessive constitution.People with deficiency constitution are more likely to suffer from hypertriglyceridemia.2.There are different metabolic patterns and metabolomic characteristics between deficiency constitution patients and excessive constitution patients with primary dyslipidemia.Differential metabolic markers are amino acids and lipids related substances.Differential metabolic pathways are related to energy metabolic pathways. |
