Comparison is one of the basic thinking ways of human-beings.Comparative sentences are also an important grammar point in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.It is also a foreign students learning difficulty.Based on the existing ontological study of comparative sentences,this paper focuses on some typical errors made by second language learners from the pedagogical aspect.It makes an in-depth study on relevant questions of modern Chinese comparative construction from different ways.The paper is divided into five parts.The introduction part first gives a literature review on ontological study and pedagogical study of comparative sentences.Also the research aims,study methods and scope and source of material of this paper are mentioned in this part.In the body part,this chapter discusses different sentence order characteristics of the comparative construction and "contact principle" from the perspective of typology.We aim to the asymmetry problem of comparative sentence,pointing out two Chinese comparative constructions,"comparative subject+comparative result+yu+comparative object" and "comparative subject+bi+comparative object +comparative result".Aimed at the asymmetric problem of comparative sentence structure,it has discussed the appearance-disappearance of comparative points and the substitution rules of "N2 de N" structure.Having explored the quantitative characteristics,negative characteristics and subjective characteristics in the conclusion part of comparative sentences,this paper has made the following analysis.Firstly,as for quantitative characteristics,a detailed description,interpretation and comparative analysis have been made on different structures,such as conclusion parts "adj+duo le""adj de+duo""adj+henduo".Second,in the negative characteristics,syntactic,semantic and pragmatics features of"bubi" sentence pattern,"meiyou" sentence pattern and "buru" sentence pattern have been talked about.In the subjective characteristics,the position and grammatical meaning of the modal verb in the comparative sentences,the subjective meaning of modal verb and directional verb in the "bi" sentence and the subjective marker word"hai","yao","ye" of the conclusion part of comparative sentences have been discussed.In the bias research,on the basis of HSK dynamic composition corpus,this paper had made error analysis.In terms of comparison conclusion items,comparison items,and comparison words,their wrong order,omission,addition,misuse and other types of errors have been involved.From the aspects of "learning" and "teaching",this part also analyzes the bias reasons of the modern Chinese comparative sentences.In the part of teaching strategies,an instructional design has been made with the examples of "bi" dentences.After a brief summary of the whole thesis,the paper points out the problems and defects that need improving in this paper,which are mainly about bias corpora and practice test.Selected topic and writing of this article is beneficial to deepen the understanding of modern Chinese comparative sentences,conducive to guide people’s language application,which also provides certain practical and reference value for improving the teaching of mother tongue and Chinese as a foreign language.
