In this paper,I used the vocabulary learning strategies partition of O'Malley&Chamot(1990)and revised it based on the scale that used by Yan Shenghan' s research.And then,formed a questionnaire that can be used in the study of Malaysian students.According to the study and Oxford's methods to divide the frequency of usage of vocabulary learning strategies,We can get that the highest usage frequency is Metacognitive strategy,the frequency is up to 3.3115.And then is Cognitive strategy,which frequency up to 3.2885.The lowest usage frequency is Social strategy.In detail,the usage frequency of Selective attention strategy of self management policy is the highest frequency in Metacognitive strategy.And its frequency is 3.3540.The usage frequency of Selective attention strategy of Dictionary strategy is the highest frequency in Cognitive strategy,which frequency is 3.7525.The lowest usage frequency in Cognitive strategy is Memory strategy---coding,which frequency is 2.9590.Basing on the data I collected before,I give some advice in macro perspective and micro perspective.In macro perspective,the foreign students in this project need to strengthen their thinking in vocabulary learning strategy.Because this way could help them to teach their students.In micro perspective,I give some advice in Metacognitive strategy Cognitive strategy and Social strategy.This paper was divided in 5 chapters.The first chapter introduces the selection reason of title and some research literature.The second chapter says the design of research.The third chapter summarize the research by analyzing the data and draw the features of Malaysian Chinese Teacher Project's student.The 4th chapter take some learning advice and teaching advice based on the analysis of data.The last chapter introduced the short-comings of this paper.
