Research On The Innovation Of Cultural Finance Development

The development of cultural industry can produce huge economic benefits.Under the new situation,to strengthen the financial support for cultural industries,as well as to deepen the reform of China’s cultural system,is of great significance.China is rich in cultural resources,but she has the lack of development of cultural resources,and funding is the main reason for restricting the developing and development of cultural industry.The development of the cultural industry is taken seriously in Shenzhen City,who takes the development of the cultural industry as a strategy,and determines the development of the cultural industry as a pillar industry.To increase financial support for cultural industry,on one hand,can greatly improve the cultural industry development funds,and promote the economic development of Shenzhen;on the other hand,it can achieve effective docking of finance and culture,provide better guidance for the innovation and service of cultural products,promote the development of cultural industry in Shenzhen City,and achieve strategic objectives of the development of cultural industry of Shenzhen City.However,at this stage,in view of the cultural and financial research in Shenzhen City,there is a need to be more specific and in-depth,and to be more pragmatic and more perfect recommendations.This article conducts the research on the development of financial innovation culture,using the method of data analysis based on the review of related research.On one hand,data envelopment analysis is used to analyze the Shenzhen cultural industry financing efficiency,and then it points out that the Shenzhen cultural industry financial support system improvement is very necessary;on the other hand,by regression analysis of Shenzhen financial and cultural development,it points out that the cultural industry in Shenzhen has a higher rate of return on investment.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the cultural industry of financial support from three aspects of promoting the government finance and tax system reform,innovating financial service system construction,improving financial policies and environmental protection in Shenzhen.
