The Study On Input-output Efficiency And Influencing Factors Of Cultural Industry Parks In China

As an essential portion of cultural industry,cultural industry parks are important for the transformation and upgrading of China’s cultural industry.Though the development time in China is relatively short,with the prominence of the economic and cultural benefits of cultural industry parks,various localities have ushered in a construction boom since 2010.While the number and scale of chemical industrial parks have grown exponentially,they have also exposed various problems such as blind expansion,waste of resources,poor management,and bankruptcy.This paper calculates the input-output efficiency of China’s cultural industry quarters,explores the factors that play a role in the efficiency of my country’s cultural industry parks,and raise some relevant suggestions.This paper selects the panel data of the "Chinese Cultural Relics Statistical Yearbook" from 2011 to 2016,and uses the BCC model under the DEA method to analyze the culture of 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in our country.The input-output efficiency of industrial parks is statically analyzed.The results is that the comprehensive technical efficiency of China’s cultural industry quarters is not high,which is less than 1.It is just because the low pure technical efficiency.The regional development of cultural industry park efficiency is uneven.The comprehensive technical efficiency of the central region is the best,the east is next,and the western region performs the worst.Using the DEA-Malmquist index method,the dynamic analysis of the efficiency of China’s cultural industry parks is found that the TFP of China’s cultural industry parks is greater than 1 from 2011 to2016.The annual average growth rate was 23.8%.And the technological efficiency play a greater role than technological progress.In the Tobit analysis,this paper uses comprehensive technical efficiency and its decomposition value as explained variables,and finds that the regional economy,government support,urbanization level,human capital,salary and welfare system make a positive and significant influence to the efficiency of my country’s cultural industry parks,and the market demand presents a significant negative correlation.Therefore,improving the level of residents’ cultural consumption and releasing the consumption potential of the cultural market is a major task at present.At the same time,accelerating the promotion of economic development,increasing financial support,accelerating the process of urbanization,expanding labor capital and improving the salary and welfare system are also necessary to improve the efficiency of my country’s cultural industry parks.
