In order to put forward the solution to training successors of the Beijing cloisonné art in the perspective of vocational education combined with the successful experience of Beijing vocational education for training successors in traditional arts and crafts.This paper takes the cloisonné art as the representative list of national intangible cultural heritage as a research subject and begins with its technical features,artistic value and cultural connotation and makes an in-depth analysis on the basic situation,the present situation of technical skill inheritance,the brain drain and technical promotion of frontline staff in several representative companies in Beijing.The vocational education discussed in this paper is based on traditional arts and crafts major in Beijing Arts and Crafts Senior Technical School.To learn successful experience in training successors via the in-depth analysis of the establishment background,professional basic situation,traditional skills training model of traditional arts and crafts major and the problems encountered in practice.This article presents eight training methods and suggestions for training successors to provide a reference for the intangible cultural heritage projects,including traditional arts and crafts,and related fields.
