| China is a multi-ethnic country,which is has rich and colorful ethnic culture,ethnic skills is an significant part of ethnic culture,the cultivation of ethnic skills talent is the most important link in the inheritance of ethnic culture,but also the biggest challenge in the inheritance of ethnic culture at present.It is the duty and responsibility of vocational education in ethnic areas to pass on ethnic skills and train talents.It is also the proper meaning to fulfill its own cultural duties and mission.In the process of the training of ethnic technical talents,the mode of cooperative talents training between schools and enterprises is not limited to the training of ethnic technical talents itself.The ultimate purpose of the research is to explore how ethnic technical skills can be truly passed on to the essence of ethnic technical skills in vocational education,and to explore the feasibility of vocational education to train ethnic technical talents,so as to help students with unique ethnic technical talents to stand in a competitive society.Ethnic vocational education is an organic part of ethnic education,which can make rational use of local cultural characteristics and traditional techniques according to the economic structure,cultural structure and employment structure of ethnic areas.The systematic and standardized training of all kinds of professional and technical talents needed for the development of ethnic economy is of great significance to the development of ethnic economy.Cooperation between schools and enterprises is one of the effective modes of cultivating applied talents.In recent years,China has strongly advocated the combination of industry,university and research,and cooperation between schools and enterprises,which has opened up an effective way for the training of vocational education talents.Because of the short time of combining ethnic skills with vocational education,there is not much practical experience,so there is a great confusion in the mode of talent training,especially the mode of cooperative talent training between schools and enterprises.As a minority settlement in Guangxi,there are 12 people living in the world,and many valuable ethnic cultures are also owned.The steering committee of vocational education and teaching in Guangxi’s ethnic skills industry has actively promoted the integration of vocational education and industry as a whole,and has built dozens of vocational education bases for the inheritance and innovation of Guangxi’s ethnic culture.By means of literature research,case analysis and field investigation,this study attempts to go deep into the first batch of Guangxi ethnic culture inheritance and innovation vocational education base—Zhang Yimou Lijiang Art School,to analyze the successful experience of the school-enterprise cooperation model for the cultivation of its 20 years ethnic technical talents,find out its shortcomings and put forward some suggestions for improvement,and finally construct the training mode of ethnic technical talents based on school-enterprise cooperation and its implementation guarantee.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,around the key words,put forward the problems to be studied in this paper,and then define the core concepts,and clear the purpose and significance of this paper,and then through the review of relevant literature at home and abroad,clear the research ideas of this paper,and determine the research methods to be used in this paper.The second part is to interpret the relevant theories of the training mode of ethnic skill talents based on the cooperation of school and enterprise,which is divided into two parts:theory foundation and theory expansion.The theoretical foundation includes stakeholder theory,theory of combining education with productive labor,plot learning theory and ethnic culture capital theory.The third part is the analysis of the typical domestic and foreign models for the training of cooperative talents between schools and enterprises.Through the analysis of "dual system" in Germany,modern apprenticeship system "in England," teaching factory" in Singapore,"production-study-research "in China and" order-type "talent training model in China,we find out the deficiency of cooperative talent training model in China,and draw the advanced experience of cooperative talent training mode in domestic and foreign countries.The fourth part is through the field research and the case analysis method,carries on the research to the Zhang Yimou Lijiang art school ethnic skill "the production teaching fusion"the talented person training pattern,first,describes in detail Zhang Yimou Lijiang art school general situation and the cooperation enterprise situation;secondly,analyzes its "production education fusion" the talented person training pattern from the training goal,the training process,the training content,the appraisal and the training mechanism five aspects;Finally,from the five aspects of the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,the cooperative choice of the training object,the cooperative creation of the training content,the cooperative innovation of the training way and the cooperative guarantee of the employment assessment,this paper discusses its training characteristics,and draws the effective experience of the school-enterprise integration cooperation in the past 20 years.The fifth part is the case analysis of the talent training mode of "integration of production and education" in the Zhang Yimou Lijiang Art School.First of all,the guiding ideology and principles of model construction include the principle of advantage sharing,the principle of market demand orientation,the principle of model innovation and maneuverability.Secondly,the influence factor analysis of the model construction,the government,the ethnic skill profession,the enterprise and the school all have the influence to the talent training model construction.Finally,the structure of the training model mainly includes the renewal of the concept of talent training,the cultivation of "one multi-skilled" ethnic skilled personnel;actively discuss the system of professional setting,promote the capitalization of ethnic culture;pay attention to reform the way of curriculum setting,strengthen the integration of ethnic skills "production and education constantly optimize and update the curriculum system,innovate the teaching content of ethnic skills;gradually improve and standardize the evaluation methods,emphasizing the" double certification and equal emphasis "of people’s technical talents;flexibly adjust the talent training mechanism to adapt to the characteristics of ethnic skills learning.The sixth part is based on the case analysis to explore the implementation guarantee of the cooperation training mode of ethnic technical talents between schools and enterprises,mainly from three aspects of government,enterprises and schools.The government should establish and improve laws and regulations on cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education,set up quality supervision departments for cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education,and strengthen the guidance of local education departments.Finally,it is pointed out that there are still some shortcomings in this paper,such as the lack of investigation and the optimization strategy of the cooperative talent training mode between schools and enterprises,which still need to be measured and evaluated in practice,and need further follow-up research in the future. |
