As the economic development enters a new situation,organizations are faced with complex internal and external environment.Leaders try to stimulate employees’ proactive behaviors which is very important for enterprises to gain core competitiveness.Transformational leadership through providing the significant of work for followers,seek to meet the higher-level demands of followers,encourage individual to sacrifice own interests for the organization goals,beyond expections.Work engagement defines as the individual can fully devote himself/herself to the role of workplace,through this process to achieve goals and values of whole life.We have reviewed previous empirical research found that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employees’ work engagement.The effect of mechanism of transformational leadership on work engagement has received a tremendous amount of attention until now.However,underlying current development situation,the research introduce new elements into the mechanism and analyze mechanism deeply that has theoretical and practical significance.The present research tries to examine the effectiveness of transformational leadership,emotion labor,work meaningfulness,and cognitive emotion regulation on working engagement.Through investigating355 employees and collecting the questionnaires data,using the Confirmative Factor Analysis,Correlation,Hierarchical Regression,Bootstrap and other statistics methods,the findings are showed as follows:(1)Transformational leadership has a positive effect on work engagement;Deep acting of emotion labor has a moderated relationship between transformational leadership and work engagement;while surface acting has no effect between transformational leadership and work engagement.(2)Work meaningfulness has a miderated relationship between transformational leadership and work engagement;Cognitive emotion regulation moderated the effect of transformational leadership through work meaningfulness on work engagement,and as well moderated the direct paths.
