| The promotion of China’s Comprehensive strength,and the position is getting higher and higher in the word,so there has been a great increase in the number of students studying in Chinese.They come to China studying Chinese,knowing traditional culture from different regions."Chinese fever" makes Chinese use more and more frequently,to address this issue,many universities set up the major of teaching Chinese as a second language with the help of Office of Chinese Language Council International.There has 24 universities becoming the first schools to set up this major,such as Beijing Language and Culture University,Beijing University,Sun Yat-sen University.Tianjin Normal University is an important normal University in the east of China.It is a second school to have this major.There are many overseas students come to Tianjin Normal University study Chinese every year.This article research how to cultivate international students studying in Tianjin Normal University.In order to understand comprehensively teaching profession,this passage use literature,questionnaire and interview survey.This paper include six chapters.The first chapter is preface,which explains why the author chooses this topic and its significance.The second chapter is about some situation it include basic information of foreign students and curriculum,books,teachers and learning environment.The third chapter is diagnosis about international students.The first part describes subjects and modalities of investigation.The second part discusses opinions about the training mode,which include curriculum satisfaction,learning environment,employment and so on.Chapter four summarize advantages and disadvantages according investigate.Advantages:rational course,unique teaching mode,cultural teaching,excellent teachers,teaching competence.Disadvantages:complex background,the learning environment and students practice needs to be improved.Chapter five have some suggests based on weakness,the first,optimizing source structure and expanding enrollment channels,the second,strengthen observation and pay attention to practice,the third,adjust courses,the last,strengthen the practice management.The last chapter is a summary about whole research,it conclude research findings and deficiency. |
