The rapid development of emerging technologies offers unprecedented opportunities to researchers and practitioners in the global education field.Recent decades have witnessed an ever-increasing application of computer technology into education.Although China's education technology has made remarkable progress, there is still a significant gap between the developed countries and our country.Introducing advanced teaching equipment and teaching methods are beneficial to the progress and development of Chinese education. This report, guided by Skopos theory, first introduces the development of Skopos theory and its three principles:Skopos rule, coherence rule and fidelity rule. Then, the report introduces the background information and significance of the Nordic school technology outlook project, and describes the main contents of the project report. After that comes the linguistic features of the report style, and difficult problems encountered in the translation process. Finally, the author combines theory with practice, analyzes the reasons of these problems and puts forward corresponding strategies through careful research and analysis.Specific difficulties at lexical, syntactic and discourse levels are discussed with focuses on technical terms, polysemy, passive voice, attributive sentence and discourse cohesion. For the translation of polysemy, special attention is paid to the part of speech and the context. For the translation of passive voice,non-predicates and attributive clauses, complex relationship between different components are clarified. Finally, coherence and cohesion in discourse are realized both at sentence and paragraph levels.
