Due to their own learning habits and exist ing academic standards,t he students and some t eachers from the vocational school have not paid much attent ion to the study of the English.Therefore,the English listening and speaking ability of t he vocat ional school students is far from the requirements of t he enterprises for int ernat ional professional t alents.Bas ed on this,it is particularly necessary to know about the docking of globalizat ion of world economy and the develop ment strategy of " the B elt and Road Init iat ive",it is very import ant to study how to stimulate learning motivat ion and how to improve vocational students English listening and speaking abilit y.In this paper,we sampled 80 students and invest igat ed their actual English learning and their English listening and speaking abilit ies.The students are from Yongzhou industrial and commercial vocat ional school,Yongz hou industry and t rade vocat ional school,Yongzhou Vocat ional Technical College,Yongzhou H ongda technical school and Yongzhou Fangzheng vocat ional school.Questionnaire,int erview,invest igation and other methods are used to carry out investigation and analysis.The select ed students are involved in a wide range of subjects,covering a large number of specialties,and ensuring t he reliability,representat iveness and comprehens iveness of the survey results.Before the int erview,the teacher knew the bas ic situat ion of the students and s elect ed t he represent ative students to int erview.The students are divided into t hree cat egories according to the English level.Questionnaire survey and questionnaire were conducted.After investigat ion and analysis,it is concluded that there are two intrins ic mot ivat ions and extrinsic motivat ions affect ing English listening and speaking abilit ies of vocational school students.The main mot ivat ion is that the students' int erest in learning is not strong,the foundat ion is poor,the learning habits and habits are not good.The ext ernal mot ivat ion is mainly t he poor family,t he poor expect at ion value,the lack of some students' family educat ion,the poor students in t he vocational s chools,the poor educat ion environment,and the vocational educat ion in the society.The deviat ion of know ledge and so on.The influencing factors after research and analysis w ill have a good guiding s ignificance for teaching w ork in the future and make teaching w ork more targeted.It is easy to put forward t he mult i scenario simulation,that is,t o stimulat e students' int erest in English learning and improve their English listening and speaking ability by using multimedia or by creating a variety of situations.In the vocational school,when having Englis h lessons,teachers should pay more attent ion to the students' basic study and their interest of study,take the appreciat ive teaching method and stimulate their int ernal drive.The school should int roduce enterprise culture and post requirements to enterprises,create English learning environment,increase vocational educat ion propaganda,propagandize among t he peop le in rural areas and in all households,let the concept of vocat ional educat ion be kept in their mind,form a consensus and develop a good ext ernal learning environment.Combining internal and external fact ors,w e can st imulat e students' mot ivat ion to learn English,improve their listening and speaking abilities,and lay a solid foundat ion for their better career development.
