A Study Of New Chinese Literature's Publications Of Zhengzhong Bookstore(1931-1949)

The paper takes the The new literature 's publications(books and journals,which named the Reading c onsultant qu arterly,Middle s chool s tudent a nd New s tudent)of t he Zhengzhong Bookstore from 1931 to 1949 as the research object.The main characteristics of political color,literary t ype and l iterary pursuit a re p reliminarily s orted o ut,and t hen t he va lue of t hem i s analyzed and evaluated,and some valuable and distinctive works are found out.On the basis of textual analysis of books and journals,this paper attempts to further analyze and summarize the new literary publishing activities of the central book bureau and the new literary activities,social situations a nd t he r elationship be tween t he pol itical pos itions a nd l iterary pol icies of t he Kuomintang.Finally,it s ummarizes a nd r eflects the s uccess a nd f ailure of Z hongzhong book publishing in the field of new literature.This thesis is divided into three chapters.In the first chapter,the new literature books and journals published by the Zheng Zhong Bookstore are summarized by enumerating and statistical articles.The general situation of the edition,the historical material of the personnel editing and so on.T he s econd c hapter f rom t he s ocial l iterature and l ife l iterature,na tionalism a nd anti Japanese l iterature,n ationalism an d t he t hree p eople's l iterature,young l iterature an d ar t and student literature and art of literature,the four main new types of literature,the text analysis and the motivation of the publication,the background of the investigation.The third chapter studies the w riters' groups a nd t heir contributions t o the de velopment of n ew l iterature f rom t he perspective of new literature.On the one hand,it expounds its good publishers and analyses its achievements in the literary trend or movement(such as nationalist and anti war literature and art movement),and the achievements of young writer,on the other hand,it also analyzes the party's propaganda and l iterature a nd A rt P ublishing(three pe ople's p rinciples).The pa rochial a nd failure o f l iterature an d art.In o rder t o g ive t he acad emic circles a m ore co mprehensive an d objective unde rstanding o f th e lite rary p ublishing a ctivities o f th e KMT's press,the N ew Literature P ublishing,t he a rrangement of t he a ctivities a nd t he obj ective e valuation of t he contribution of the new literature.
