| With the progress of the times and the continuous renewal of science and technology,the state proposes to speed up the construction of educational information infrastructure,improve the application level of teachers’ information technology,update teaching concepts,improve teaching methods and improve teaching effect.Under the traditional teaching method,the students’ learning and consolidation of knowledge in limited time is limited to the classroom,and there is little opportunity to expand and utilize knowledge.Therefore,from the perspective of connectivism,the author tries to establish a blended teaching mode suitable for primary school English by linking different learning resource nodes.The main solutions are as follows:(1)What is the current situation of the blended English teaching mode for primary school students?(2)Based on connectivism,how to apply blended teaching mode to the English teaching in primary school?In order to answer the above questions,the author uses the method of questionnaire,interview and test.Firstly,250 students from grade 3 to grade 5 of Chongqing L Primary School are surveyed by questionnaire,and then the interview content is analyzed.The following problems were found: Firstly,the relevance of primary school students’ English learning ability is not enough.Secondly,the blended learning environment and guidance created by schools are insufficient.Thirdly,teachers’ use of blended teaching mode is insufficient.Fourthly,the mobility of pupils’ knowledge is insufficient.After surveying the current situation of mixed English teaching mode for primary school students,based on relevance theory,the author conducts an empirical study on a class in the fourth grade of L primary school,the blended teaching mode is developed in this class.After half semester,the author used SPSS19.0 to test the results of the pre-test and post-test of the experimental class with independent sample T test.Based on the interviews with students and parents,the author know the effect of the English blended teaching mode in primary schools from the perspective of relevance theory.Finally,the author gives some reflections and suggestions on the English blended teaching mode of primary school students in the perspective of connectivism from the perspectives of students,schools and teachers. |
