Creativity is an important human ability,which is crucial for individual development and social progress.In the research of creativity development,the tendency of creativity development and its influencing factors are the main issues concerned by researchers.As for the development trend of creativity,the conclusions of existing researches are not consistent,especially most of the existing researches are cross-sectional research design,and most of them are research conclusions in the background of western culture.Therefore,it is necessary to use longitudinal tracking research design in the background of Chinese culture to answer the question of the development trend of creativity.More importantly,most of the existing studies adopted the variable-centered research method,which answered the general development of "average children" in creativity.Existing studies have repeatedly shown that there are individual differences in the development of creativity,so it is necessary to adopt the individual center research method to distinguish the heterogeneous development trajectory of junior high school students in the development of creativity,explain the different forms of junior high school students in the development of creativity,and analyze the differences of this form in gender.This is the first problem to be solved in this study.The ecosystem theory of creativity development points out that individual creativity is developed in the ecosystem including individual characteristics.Among the many factors that affect the development of creativity,parenting behavior is widely concerned for its persistence.On the basis of investigating the heterogeneous locus of junior high school students' creativity development,this study further investigated the prediction of parenting behavior on the heterogeneous locus of junior high school students' creativity development.The second problem to be solved in this study is toprovide empirical support for family education.In this study,junior middle school freshmen were selected as subjects,and continuous follow-up measurements were made for 3 times(3 years in a row,with each interval of 1 year).The final effective subjects were 273 people.The latent variable growth model(LGM),latent category growth model(LCGA)and multiple logistic regression were used to conduct statistical analysis on the data,so as to investigate the general development trend,heterogeneous development trajectory and gender difference of junior high school students' creativity,as well as the influence of parental rearing behavior on the heterogeneous trajectory of creativity.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.In the general development trend of junior high school students' creativity,fluency and originality showed a significant decline,while flexibility showed a stable development trend;2.On the heterogeneous development trajectory of junior high school students' creativity,they show different development trajectories in each dimension of creativity according to their initial level and development speed.In terms of fluency,there were two trajectories: the high-fast descending group and the low-slow descending group;In terms of flexibility,there are three trajectories: high-fast descending group,low-slow descending group and stable group.In terms of originality,there are three tracks: the high-fast descending group,the low-fast descending group and the stable group.3.There was no gender difference in the heterogeneous development trajectory of junior high school students' creativity in all dimensions.4.The following results were obtained from the prediction of parenting behavior on the heterogeneous development track of junior high school students' creativity: in terms of fluency,the prediction of all dimensions of parenting behavior on the heterogeneous development track of fluency was not significant.In terms of flexibility,autonomy support can significantly predict the development trajectory of flexibility heterogeneity.The higher the level of autonomy support,the more likely junior highschool students are to belong to the stability group of flexibility development rather than the high-fast decline group.Behavioral control can significantly predict the developmental trajectory of flexibility heterogeneity.The higher the level of behavioral control is,the more likely junior high school students are to belong to the flexibility stability group rather than the low-slow decline group.In terms of originality,psychological control can significantly predict the development track of originality heterogeneity.The higher the level of psychological control is,the more likely junior high school students are to belong to the group with low originality--rapid decline rather than the stable group.
