| With the rapid development of the current society,English has become an indispensable language course,and primary school English is the basic stage of English teaching.English teaching will definitely put forward higher requirements for English teachers.Improving English classroom efficiency is an important goal for English educators.This thesis is an exploration and research on the language input hypothesis and the emotion filtering hypothesis in Krashen’s second language acquisition theory.Under the guidance of the theory,combined with the English teaching practice of the school,this paper takes 8 primary school students and 32 English teachers from grade 3 to grade 5 in Shabu Town of Qinnan District in Qinzhou City as research objects.Based on the data obtained from questionnaire survey and classroom observation analysis,the second language acquisition theory is applied to the teaching of English subjects,and a special study is carried out on how to improve the efficiency of the classroom.According to i+1 language input principle in Krashen’s language input theory,the author discussed the following questions: What is the current situation of emotional teaching of English teachers in primary schools? What is the current situation of emotional teaching in the classroom practice of three kinds of teachers in this paper? What are the factors that affect the emotional teaching of these three kinds of teachers? By analyzing the data obtained from questionnaire,interview and observation,the author found that: At present,some primary school English teachers have realized the importance of emotional teaching factors and applied them in classroom teaching.Most English teachers have some understanding of emotional education,but only stay at the theoretical level,and rarely implement it in class.The mode of classroom activities is relatively simple,which cannot improve students’ interest.Based on the data analysis of classroom observation and the application of emotional teaching in primary school English classroom teaching,the author has proposed several suggestions: create vivid scenes of English classes,fill the English classes with confidence,and increase the extracurricular activities of English classes.Future teaching practices should continue to focus on this aspect in order to perfect the teaching approach. |
