A Study On The Measures To Improve The Effectiveness Of Cultural Exchange Between Gansu And Taiwan

Gansu is located in the Inland area,far away from Taiwan in geographical position,relatively backward in economic development,insufficient economic exchanges and development potential with Taiwan,weak advantages and less effective than developed provinces.Gansu is a region with a long history and rich culture,and has a splendid cultural heritage.Therefore,cultural exchanges between Gansu and Taiwan are of great significance.Unique advantages.In view of how to improve the effectiveness of cultural exchanges between Gansu and Taiwan,this paper uses the theories of communication and cultural identity,through literature research,case analysis and interviews,describes the current situation of cultural exchanges between Gansu and Taiwan,and through a large number of cases of cultural exchanges between Gansu and Taiwan,analyses the shortcomings and reasons for the shortcomings of cultural exchanges between the two places.Finally,using the theories of communication and cultural identity,we can solve these shortcomings from three aspects: subject and object,content and form of communication.The article holds that the measures to improve the effectiveness of cultural exchanges between Gansu and Taiwan are as follows: firstly,the Taiwan Office of the State Council should increase its support to Gansu;secondly,the Gansu Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government should pay more attention to the cultural exchanges with Taiwan.In terms of cultural exchange content,first of all,we should strengthen the non-governmental exchange between Gansu and Taiwan,encourage grass-roots exchanges;second,in the face of different objects,the content of cultural exchanges should be targeted.In the form of cultural exchanges,first,we should establish an effective mechanism for cultural exchanges,cooperation and mutual visits;second,we should strengthen cross-strait youth cultural exchanges;third,we should change the original mode of propaganda to Taiwan and attachimportance to new media propaganda;fourth,we should build brand of cultural exchanges projects;fifth,we should give full play to the advantages of Gansu ethnic minorities and design rich and colorful exchanges;sixth,we should change the original mode of propaganda to Taiwan and attach importance to The "Opinions on Implementing Some Measures to Promote Cross-Strait Economic and Cultural Exchange and Cooperation" in Gansu Province will be put into effect.
