Purpose-The purpose of this paper is to excavate tourism elements in Hani culture and construct unique tourism IP products,using a new development model,effectively protect and inherit Hani culture.As far as the Hani ethnic group in Honghe is concerned,how to fully process the ethnic culture and package it into tourism products with intellectual property rights to adapt to the new competitive situation of the tourism industry is worthy of our consideration and study.Design-This paper uses case analysis method to analyze the nature and development process of case IP of well-known network tourism,demonstrates the feasibility of the formation path of tourism IP,and uses the perspective of IP to analyze ethnic cultural tourism destinations and draw lessons from successful experience.Findings-The development of cultural tourism products encounters bottlenecks.On the one hand,the commercialization of national tourism culture promotes the inheritance,realization and appreciation of national culture,on the other hand,it makes national culture deteriorate in the process of commercialization.This contradictory coexistence makes the development of ethnic cultural tourism inaccurate and inaccurate.The characteristics of ethnic cultural tourism products lie in their uniqueness,variability and extensibility.With the protection of intellectual property rights and related policies,the related tourism products have strong competitiveness.Value-The value of this paper lies in the construction of ethnic tourism IP destination based on Honghe Hani culture and the corresponding tourism products are exclusive,non-replicable and non-embezzlement of Honghe Hani nationality.The borrowing of Honghe Hani IP products also requires corresponding remuneration,propaganda of Hani traditional culture,protection and inheritance of Hani culture,and bring economic benefits to its stakeholders.Content-The first chapter is introduction.This chapter is a brief description of the background of the topic selection.It summarizes the research significance andobjectives,research methods and techniques,and literature review.The second chapter is the introduction of the basic research theory involved in this paper.The first section mainly introduces the related theories of ethnic culture and tourism IP product development,including industrial integration theory,tourism brand competitiveness theory,ethnic culture communication theory and intellectual property rights basic theory;the second section is the definition and analysis of related concepts: traditional culture and ethnic culture,tourism products,cultural tourism products and ethnic cultural tourism products;Chapter three is the study of the formation mechanism of tourism IP.The first section combs the concept,characteristics and classification of tourism IP.The second section explores the formation path of tourism IP.The fourth chapter uses case analysis method to study well-known tourism IP scenic spots and ethnic cultural tourism destinations.Section I is a case study of well-known tourism IP scenic spots.Thirty cases are collected on the Internet to analyze the development history of IP,the original elements of IP,the types of IP nature and IP patent applications,and to summarize the formation path of tourism IP products.Section II elects eight well-known ethnic cultural tourism destinations and uses IP perspective to analyze the ethnic cultural tourism destinations in the case,and summarizes the experience that can be used for reference.The fifth chapter is to introduce the development conditions,exploitable tourism resources and extraction of IP elements of Hani tourism in Honghe.The sixth chapter is about the construction of Hani cultural tourism IP products.This chapter mainly explores the path development of tourism products relying on the eight IP types,constructs the development path of Hani cultural tourism products in Honghe,and constructs the main tourism IP products of Hani.The seventh chapter Concluding remarks.This chapter is the summary and conclusion of the research,and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of the paper.
