| Collective lesson preparation can provide preconditions for English teaching,improve teachers ’scientific research level,learning level,promote teachers’growth,and help teachers achieve teaching efficacy and equal communication.Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform in senior high school English teaching,senior high school English teaching has faced many problems and challenges.Many teachers do not leave the relevant knowledge of the new curriculum reform,which requires teachers to constantly improve their professional knowledge and skills.Collective lesson preparation is a way and method that can rapidly improve teachers’ professional skills,and the effectiveness of collective lesson preparation management has a decisive role in the effect of collective lesson preparation to a large extent.From the current point of view,the effect of collective lesson preparation is more obvious,but the problems in collective lesson preparation management are also more serious,such as collective lesson preparation management.Objects’ negative attitude towards collective lesson preparation and teachers’ poor communication in collective lesson preparation can not achieve real and effective management of collective lesson preparation.This research chooses the current situation of the collective lesson preparation management of Z senior high school teachers in Inner Mongolia as the research object,and makes a comprehensive investigation on the current situation of the collective lesson preparation management of high school English teachers in Inner Mongolia by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview.It finds out five problems existing in the collective lesson preparation management of Z senior high school teachers in Inner Mongolia,and hopes to find out the causes through exploring and then find out the solutions. |
