Research On The Evaluation Of Copyright Value Of Internet Novels

With the emergence and prosperity of the pan-entertainment industry,the value of online novel copyright is no longer limited to the reading value in the field of traditional literature.In the pan-entertainment industry,as one of the sources of IP,network fiction can create more value if it is adapted.Along with the development of the industry,the market puts forward higher requirements for the evaluation of the copyright value of online novels.After defining the scope of the online novel copyright as the object of this research as one of the adaptation rights,this study analyzes the TV drama adaptation rights as an example.First of all,this study analyzes and evaluates the previous methods of copyright evaluation,and believes that traditional methods do not meet the assessment needs.Therefore,according to the actual transaction form of the online novel adaptation right,this study applies the game allocation theory based on the two-way bidding and Rubinstein game model to the evaluation,so as to improve the existing evaluation method.The traditional evaluation method is used to determine the reserve price of the buyer and the seller,and then the difference between the two parties in the negotiation is analyzed,and the evaluation value is finally determined.In several parameters,the buyer’s reserve price is estimated based on the principle of the income approach.The copyright of online novels participates in the production of TV dramas,and its income is reflected in the income of TV dramas.Therefore,after estimating the income of TV dramas,it is necessary to determine the appropriate share rate through the analytic hierarchy process,thereby obtaining the income of online novel copyright.The seller’s reserve price is based on both the author and the platform,and is estimated by estimating the opportunity cost and necessary expenses.The distribution factor uses the principle of the equilibrium solution in Rubinstein’s game theory to determine the share of buyers and sellers in the game.The examples are analyzed and estimated by the model in this study,and the obtained evaluation values are within the market transaction price range,which is in line with the current market situation.
