Network education can provide extra-curricular teaching,and learners can learn independently.Web-based learning and mobile learning have become a new way of learning for Contemporary College students,and have been widely used in contemporary learning life.However,the autonomous network learning environment does not necessarily enable learners to find their own learning strategies,and can not achieve the optimal personalized learning.This is mainly because the mobile learning system developed now only pays attention to system computing push,and lacks manual feedback and participation;There is no dynamic analysis record of learners’ cognitive level in the early stage of learning and the learning process,and there is no in-depth analysis and dynamic revision of learners’ learning style.Adaptive learning is the best learning strategy for learners according to their cognitive level,and it is also a way to achieve personalized learning.Combining the content of College English listening course with the concept of adaptive learning,using mobile phone as the learning carrier to make up for the shortage of limited time and learning resources in class,and providing the function of learning communication and feedback in the system,the aim is to provide each learner with a listening learning environment that meets their current level.In terms of theoretical research,based on adaptive learning as the main theoretical basis,constructivism,blended learning and second language acquisition theory,this study constructs a system functional structure model around the learner-centered and adaptive learning concept.In the design and development stage,based on College English Audio-visual Course 2 as the learning content and other English listening materials as supplementary resources,an adaptive learning listening system is developed according to the functional model constructed in the earlier stage,and the system functions are improved by using college students as users.On the basis of adaptive learning theory,constructivism theory and second language acquisition theory,this study uses adaptive testing and learning traces to record learners’ learning process dynamically,and carries out data analysis to recommend learning paths,and designs and develops an adaptive learning English listening learning system,The aim is to assist college English listening teaching and provide an ideal environment for learners to learn individually.
