In June 2016,Guangdong Province changed the former phenomenon that the College-Entrance-Examination paper was designed by the local province,and declared that it would use the National Test Paper for the first time.However,the part of Listening and Speaking Test still remained in the College-Entrance-Examination paper in Guangdong,from which we can see there is no doubt that the ability of listening and speaking still plays a very important role.President Xi Jinping once proposed:"In order to enhance the soft power of national culture,we need to try to improve the international discourse ability.We need to strengthen the capacity-building of international communication,carefully build a foreign discourse system,disseminate Chinese voice,and interpret Chinese characteristics."English listening and speaking class plays an important role in promoting Chinese culture and attracting foreign excellent culture.But unfortunately,it is a pity that the phenomenon of Dumb English and Deaf English can be seen everywhere in China.In the communication process,there are all kinds of Communications breakdowns.By means of carrying out the literature study,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis.this thesis focuses on analyzing the present situation of the listening and speaking problems related to the art students as well as their English teachers and parents in a senior high school in Zhongshan City.The finding shows that those problems have much to do with the deficiency of the driving force of the art students,the weak teaching management of the school,the less attention of the teachers'teaching consciousness,and the less family education.Therefore,no matter from the art students' points of being prepared for the English College-Entrance-Examination,or from the art student's future development,the senior high school teachers are requested to conclude some typical problems in the listening and speaking teaching process,and the schools,teachers,families and society must cooperate with each other to become a powerful educational force.Only in this way can the teachers explore the new listening and speaking teaching ways by using the new attitudes,adopt the relative better methods,and help the art students to improve their ability of listening and speaking of English,to adapt to the College-Entrance-Examination and the future society,which is the final aim.Thus,by writing this thesis,some practical meaning and theoretical value will be shown to some extend.
