Social anxiety has become an important topic that plagues high school students' interpersonal communication,which not only hinders the establishment of good peer relations,but also affects the mental health level of teenagers.This study introduces two individual factors that affect social anxiety,negative perfectionism and self-harmony,and discusses the relationship between negative perfectionism,self-harmony and social anxiety in high school students,thus providing some ideas for improving the social anxiety of high school students.In this study,600 high school students from two high schools in Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,were investigated using the negative perfectionist questionnaire,the self-harmony scale and the adolescent social anxiety scale.1.High school students have a higher degree of negative perfectionism.Hesitancy has a significant difference in grade ranking and whether it is a class cadre,a significant difference in grade grade and family structure for fear of failure,a significant difference in excessive caution and careful care in family structure and whether it is a class cadre,a significant difference in the level of education of class cadres and mothers,and a significant difference in excessive planning and control in grade and family residence;2.High school students' self-harmony is at the upper-middle level as a whole.Among them,there are significant differences in self-flexibility in class cadres,grade ranking and father's education level,there are significant differences in self-stereotype in grade,and there are significant differences in achievement ranking in the disharmony between self and experience.3.The social anxiety level of high school students is high,among which there are significant differences in whether the social avoidance distress in the unfamiliar situation is the class cadres;4.There is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of negative perfectionism,the dimensions of self-harmony(except self-flexibility)and the two dimensions of social anxiety;5.Self-flexibility dimension score and hesitancy,fear of failure,fear of negativeevaluation,social avoidance distress in general situation is significantly positive correlation,the higher the degree of self-flexibility,the lower the degree of hesitation and other dimensions;6.Negative perfectionism and self-harmony both significantly predict the level of social anxiety,the influence of negative perfectionism on social anxiety in high school students is mainly through self-harmony,and self-harmony of high school students plays a full intermediary role between negative perfectionism and social anxiety.
