Research On Cultural Pension From The Perspective Of Active Aging

The deepening of the population’s ageing makes the problem of old-age care more urgent.Due to the continuous improvement of the economic level,the material supply has been unable to meet the elderly’s needs for elderly care.According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,spiritual comfort has become the demand of more elderly people.Based on the above reasons,this article hopes to provide positive and effective solutions to the difficulties encountered by the elderly in Shijiazhuang in the process of cultural retirement through the study of cultural pensions in the context of active aging,in order to improve the elderly’s life in Shijiazhuang Sense of happiness,realizing the value of life.In the research,this article studies the elderly in Shijiazhuang from three aspects of cultural pension and three dimensions of active aging.This paper mainly chooses three methods: document combing method,questionnaire survey method and empirical analysis method.Firstly,the concepts of cultural pension and the elderly were defined by combing the literature,and the relevant theoretical basis of cultural pension was found.Secondly,a conceptual model was constructed,and research assumptions about cultural pensions were carried out.Based on the questionnaire survey,the basic situation of cultural pensions for the elderly and the differences in the types of cultural pensions were studied.The basic situation of cultural old-age care is mainly analyzed from the actual situation of cultural old-age care of the elderly,the factors affecting the elderly’s cultural old-age care,and the cultural old-age care methods required by the old people.There are three types of cultural pensions: old learning,old doing,and old having fun.There are 7 control variables including age,economic status,and health status.A one-way analysis of variance was performed on the participation of the elderly in each type of cultural pension.Based on this,multiple comparison tests were performed on the control variables with differences.Thirdly,it analyzes the three types of cultural elderly care for the elderly and positive aging,and draws conclusions based on empirical analysis.Finally,the corresponding solutions to the problems in the above analysis are put forward.The research results show that the willingness of the elderly to participate does not match the actual participation in cultural pensions,mainly because they have assumed too many family responsibilities.There are three types of cultural pensions in which the elderly participate,with significant differences in economic and health conditions;In the elderly-related analysis,except for the participation dimension,there is no significant correlation between the old age and the factors,the other correlations are more significant.On this basis,promote the concept of cultural pensions to reach the elderly,integrate cultural pension awareness in the family,seek multi-channel funding support,improve resource supply,and promote the development of cultural pensions with government guidance and policy support,so that the elderly Happiness in old age.
