As part of national literature,Mongolian folk literature is accumulated from the material and spiritual culture of the Mongolians.Inheriting and protecting Mongolian folk literature and stimulating its positive and healthy regional cultural vitality which can be a direct advantage to the dissemination of Mongolian culture and of great significance to the construction of material civilization and spiritual civilization in Mongolian region.Role is one of the basic factors that make up the narrative,and plays an important role in the topic expression of picture books.The characters in Mongolian children's picture books fit the content of the stories and reflect the aesthetic consciousness and values of Mongolian people.When Mongolian folk literature is integrated into children's picture books as narrative text,Mongolian personality traits and national spirits are inevitably more clearly reflected in the characters of picture books.Due to the the great cognitive characteristics 'difference between children and adults,this article will analyze children's aesthetic mechanism from the perspective of cognitive psychology analysis and will analyze the role of characters in expressing the theme of picture books from the perspectives of narrative.I will try to find the feasible and rational methods of combination between Mongolian literature and the image of characters in children' picture books through Greimas ' three aspects of narrative theory,so as to design picture books' characters that are favored by children.This article analyzed the model language of roles of picture books in depth using trans-discipline research method,case research method and interview method to extract the method of role-building of Mongolian Children's Picture Books.At first,this article analyzes the necessity of studying the characters in Mongolian children's picture books.By analyzing the current developmentof this market,this article aimed at finding out the current problems and analyzing the value and significance of applying Mongolian folk literature to children's picture books.Then,it explored the Mongolian aesthetic characteristics from the aspect of national culture.(First of all,the value of Mongolian's aesthetic consciousness of advocating nature and strength and the unity of heaven and man were clarified.Then,the external representation elements under the influence of Mongolian's aesthetic consciousness and value were analyzed.Finally,the Mongolian aesthetic symbols were extracted.)Secondly,it analyzed the children's cognition,aesthetic psychological characteristics and the formation process of aesthetic cognition model at the target age stage,and for the purpose of education,this article focused on how to build a reasonable aesthetic cognition model based on children's cognition and aesthetic characteristics.Secondly,it analyzes the children's cognition,aesthetic psychological characteristics and the formation process of aesthetic cognition model at the target age stage,and for the purpose of education,this article focuses on how to build a reasonable aesthetic cognition model based on children's cognition and aesthetic characteristics.Thirdly,focusing on the relationship between roles of picture books and narrative logic,the function of roles in picture books narration and the relationship between role-building and story theme expression are discussed.Characters,as a part of the narrative of picture books,play an important role in providing narrative motive,controlling development of plots and constructing the deep semantics of picture books.Between role-building and narrative logic,there is a close relationship which is interdependent and penetrating.Finally,this article explored the visual language expression of characters based on the narrative manifestation structure,explored the visual relationship between the binary oppositions of roles based on the narrative surface structure,and explored the exploration of the national spirit of roles based on the deep semantic construction of the narrative.It summarized the molding methods combining the narrative theory of Greimas and Mongolian aesthetics inorder to create a picture book role with both children's cognitive and aesthetic characteristics and Mongolian characteristics.This brings new research directions to original children's picture books.I hope we can inherit and develop the Mongolian culture better through this article' studying,and we can think highly of design of characters in children's picture books.At the same time,it will provide new inspiration and thinking for the creators of picture books to create better Mongolian children picture books and picture book characters.
