The Research On Chinese Rural Culture Construction Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

The issues relating to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people concern the overall development of the cause of the party and the country and conform to the trend of the times.Therefore,the rural revitalization strategy comes into being.The rural revitalization strategy,asa key point of the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era,is related to the resolution of the main contradictions of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and to the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020.In response,the government has issued a series of policies and guidance documents,such as the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Implementation of the Strategy for Rural Rejuvenation","Strategic Plan for the Revitalization of Rural Areas(2018-2022)",and "the Several Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Adhering to the Priority Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas and Effectively Conducting the "Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers" Work,are aimed at comprehensively and steadily advancing the strategy of rural rejuvenation,solving the problem of imbalanced and inadequate rural development in the new era,and strengthening the country,enriching the people and consolidating the foundation.Rural culture,as an organic part of the rural revitalization strategy,can not only provide value orientation and spiritual guidance for the steady advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,but also provide continuous internal power for the development of rural society.Because the rural culture is not only a reflection of the production and living practices of rural residents,but also carries the strong love of rural residents,which is the spiritual support of rural residents.Therefore,studying the construction situation of rural cultural under the strategy of rural revitalization is not only an important method to grasp the actual situation of rural development,but also can meet the current needs of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,it is also an important initiative.to effectively improve the spiritual and cultural outlook of rural areas and help achieve the goal of rural revitalization in an all-round way.This article includes four main parts.The first part: it mainly expounds the concepts related to rural culture and rural revitalization strategy and the relationship between the two,as well as an overview of the characteristics and functions of rural culture.The second part: it expounds the theoretical basis of the research on theconstruction of rural culture.And it discusses and discusses it from the perspectives of foreign classic Marxist writers,sinicized Marxists,and modern Chinese scholars.The third part: it analyzes the current situation of rural cultural construction,and illustrates the achievements and current problems.The fourth part: it is to propose corresponding countermeasures to the current problems,mainly from the five aspects:self-confidence and consciousness of rural culture,the level of rural public cultural service,the inheritance and innovation of rural excellent traditional culture,the rural ideological and moral construction,and the excavation and development of rural cultural talent.In view of this,this article puts forward specific measures to realize the prosperity and development of rural culture in the new era and lay the cultural foundation for rural revitalization.
