"Basic Requirements for English Teaching in Shanghai Junior Middle School(Trial)" mentions that in our daily English reading teaching,students not only need to develop shallow reading ability,but also need to strengthen the cultivation of students' deep reading ability and the overall reading teaching of junior middle school English texts.The traditional junior middle school English reading teaching can't help students to achieve such standards.As a school and teaching and research group,how do they improve the management mechanism and promote the implementation of reading teaching strategies? As a teacher,how do they strengthen the guidance of students' reading strategies and cultivate students' autonomous learning ability through the rational use of English reading teaching strategies? These are of more far-reaching significance.Junior high school students already have some vocabulary and grammar foundations,but they already have the ability to self-read.However,students lack the real interest in English learning because they learn passively and they are forced to learn under pressure.They are learning in order to satisfy the requirements of the test-oriented education.In the long run,it will lead to boredom and even fear of English.Modern foreign language education pays attention to the process of language learning,emphasizes the practicality of language learning,and advocates that students should contact,experience and understand real language in context,and learn and use language on this basis.The key problems to be solved in this study are as follows: while paying attention to and grasping the characteristics of English reading of junior high school students,we should pay attention to the improvement of management mechanism,promote the implementation of reading teaching strategies,carry out action research on the existing teaching problems of teachers and students and management problems of schools and teaching and research groups,so as to improve the overall design level and effectiveness of English reading teaching courses for teachers and promote the improvement of students' English reading learning ability.Through literature review,the author expounds the importance and current situation of the research on junior middle school English reading teaching strategies,and verifies the significance of the research and the current situation of strategy implementation based on my own experience,and analyzes the proper and improper implementation of the strategies and their causes.Select common educational research group to carry out the research activity as an example to implement action research in class.The educational research group make classroom teaching research center,establish teachers' cooperative review,expert guidance and the teacher's final implement according to the problems of the teachers in English reading teaching and the problems of students in English reading learning.With the help of the information platform to communicate the teaching and research mechanism and several rounds of advancement,the overall plan of the course is formed finally.The purpose is to improve the behavior of teachers and students and improve the design level of classroom teaching;to improve the management mechanism of teaching research and promote the implementation of English reading teaching strategies.Finally,the corresponding conclusions and suggestions are put forward.This study is presented:1.English reading teaching strategies are: The ultimate goal of English reading teaching is not only to cultivate students' superficial reading ability,but also to strengthen the cultivation of students' deep reading ability.Starting from the establishment of reading interest,it is a circular and progressive process from shallow reading to deep reading.The class design of teachers' reading teaching should promote students to experience such a complete process.2.Attention should be paid to the improvement of management mechanism during teaching research.Research has proved the importance and effectiveness of management support strategy.3.It is suggested to establish the school management system and relevant operation mechanism from the three levels of school,teaching and research group and class,and obtain the support of information technology,so as to effectively implement reading teaching strategies and improve teachers' reading teaching level.
