This paper selects the case of“Primary Chinese Grammar”which is produced by Beijing Language and Culture University and analyze its micro video presentation form from two aspects: one is the selection of presentation type,the other is the design of specific elements.The choice of presentation type is closely related to teaching activities.Presentation demand as the intermediary of teaching activities and presentation forms refers to the functional demand of presentation forms in teaching,which is closely related to teaching content and teaching process.Based on the analysis of the teaching process and content of primary Chinese grammar,four presentation needs are concluded: grammar knowledge description,context establishment,providing(quasi)communicative practice and pragmatic display;according to the differences of visual and auditory elements,the presentation forms of MOOC micro video are divided into seven categories: teacher explanation type,communicative explanation type,Khan type,short sitcom,animation type,actual scene of external shooting type,virtual simulation.Based on the matching investigation of presentation needs and presentation forms,this paper evaluates the presentation form of MOOC“Primary Chinese Grammar”,and summarizes the suggestions on the presentation form selection of micro video of primary Chinese grammar MOOC.The design of specific elements of presentation is closely related to learners’ cognitive law.According to the present situation of the micro video presentation of the primary Chinese grammar MOOC course,and combining with the relevant cognitive theory,this paper combs out the research dimensions: the actors’ country of the short sitcom,the proportion of content to teachers and the color matching of the text of the teacher explanation type.According to the results of the questionnaire on the three elements preferred by learners,this paper evaluates the forms of the three elements in MOOC“Primary Chinese Grammar”,and summarizes the design suggestions for the specific elements of the micro video presentation of primary Chinese grammar MOOC.
