Research On The Community Endowment Problem Of Empty-nesters In The City

In the context of urbanization and population aging,China as the world's most populous country,the number of empty nesters is increasing,it brings challenges to our traditional pension model,how to solve the problem of urban empty-nest elderly care has been getting the attention of the society and government gradually.Empty nesters is a vulnerable group,the pension problem is particularly acute,and the related social problems is of great variety.For this purpose,define the responsibility and authority of the community pension service subject,taking all kinds of active and effective countermeasures.Improve the quality of old-age care service in empty nesters,and improve their later life,it is the top priority of the current community pension service.This is not only related to the process of socialist modernization in China,but also affects the development of harmonious society.This paper is based on the theory of Gerry stoke governance,to explore the elderly community pension service in S community of Shenyang,and further analysis of causes,thus provide targeted solutions.Taking Shenyang community as an example,through learning Gerry stoke governance theory,read the papers,understand the content,and then summarizes S community endowment service problems and related countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,the research background and significance,the research status quo,the research method and the innovation;The second part is the definition and theoretical connotation of the related concepts,and defines the connotation of the theory of Gerry stoke governance and the family of empty nesters,empty-nesters,urban community,community pension services;The third part is the present situation and main problems of the elderly community pension service in S community;The fourth part is to analyze the main reasons for the problems in the elderly care service of the empty nesters in S community of Shenyang;The fifth part of Shenyang S community empty-nest elderly community service problems solving countermeasures,including the implementation of community endowment service,plural of community endowment subject between responsibilities,strengthen coordination and interaction between each subject of community endowment and establish and perfect the community endowment service autonomous network,etc.This study used questionnaire method and interview method,to the research and analysis of the elderly community pension service in S community in Shenyang city.Through the comprehensive collection of relevant information,to the present situation and the problem are studied deeply,in order to propose corresponding measures and solutions.However,there may be some deficiencies in the theoretical analysis of practical problems.
