Study On The Application Of Social Work To The Pension Service Of Social Welfare Institutions In K City, Xinjiang

Because of the special geographical location and traffic conditions,the city of K has become the preferred living city in the surrounding area.The social welfare of K is still in its infancy.Compared with the actual demand of society,the contradiction between supply and demand is more prominent.But the services of the pension service are too simple to meet the needs of the elderly.So,we have infiltrated the values and methods of social work into the daily care model of institutional pension.To summarize the effect of different methods of social work in the nursing service and compare it,we will try to establish a social work intervention mode suitable for institutional pension service.In this paper,the elderly of the K social welfare institute are designated as the research object,combined with ecosystem theory.Through questionnaire survey,observation and interview to the elderly,we can carry out case work and group work,and discussed the application effect of social work intervention pension service,then put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In the case work,we mainly depend on psycho-social treatment model to help the elderly solve interpersonal problems and institutional adaptation.We mainly depend on task center mode to carry out professional group activities for the elderly with the same or similar needs.We will improve the quality of life of elderly institutions and enrich their spiritual life.
