Research On Collaborative Supply Mode Of Government WeChat Public Services

With the popularity and rapid development of mobile communication technology,more and more people would like to choose mobile device to access services,and the information and services environment is changing enormously.As a new type of electronic public service platform,government WeChat provides people more and more convenient and comfortable.public service.But,the diversified,personalized and complicated public service demands have raised higher requirements for the government WeChat.Therefore,the research on public services supply mode of government WeChat is of practical significance.Taking Beijing as an example,this paper has carried out the following studies based on the combing and analysis of literature about government WeChat public services and the collaborative theory,trying to build a collaborative supply mode of government WeChat public services and to seek to way of application:(1)Employing content analysis and data analysis as well as questionnaire survey as methodology,together with use of the SPSS software,this paper has analyzed the overall situation of government WeChat public service supply in Beijing and found out the problems and the causes.(2)Based on the analysis of the object and conditions of collaborative theory,and combing with the situation of government WeChat public service supply in Beijing,this paper has analyzed the applicability of synergy theory to reach on government WeChat public service supply.(3)To construct the collaborative provision mode of WeChat public service.This paper has constructed a mode that takes a big data sharing mechanism created by the government as the basic factor,and takes the actual needs of the public as the dynamic factor,and takes the other pluralistic subjects of society as the cooperative factor,and takes the policy as the leading factor,as well as put forward the operation strategy.
