The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the requirement of never forget the original mind and remember the mission,which is also a requirement for all the civil servants in China.Civil servants are often referred to as the public servants of the people,whose initial heart is embodied in the ideal of communism and the leadership of the party.It's mission is to serve the people wholeheartedly and resolutely safeguard the interests of the people.In recent years,more and more scholars take the group of civil servants as the research object to study the problem of job burnout.The results show that the degree of job burnout varies according to the different areas,administrative levels,and the nature of the work,but the vast majority of the studies have confirmed the occupation of the civil service.The existence of the problem of burnout.There is an increasing amount of the public servants in China,who are facing the problems of burnout.This situation has already impacted the people with their abilities in politics,as well as their qualities of mentality and their responsibilities.It is noticeable that one quarter of the civil servants in China are female,whose occupational stresses always come from family-work conflicts and career plateau issues.This article will focus on Dehui's female public servants,then study the current local employment burnout conditions and influential factors,based on a MBI-GS model.In the survey,it was found that the job burnout of female civil servants in Dehui was moderate,and the difference of all dimensions of job burnout was closely related to the basic situation of female civil servants themselves.All relevant data will be analyzed and considered from perspectives of public human resource managers.
