With the development of economy,the progress of society and the awakening of women's consciousness,women's social participation is constantly improving.In this context,there are more and more women in the grass-roots civil servants,who play an increasingly important role.But because of their own unique conditions,compared with men,they are more vulnerable to the impact of job burnout,so their job burnout situation can not be ignored.So their job burnout is very important.The subject of this study is job burnout,the research object is the female group in the grass-roots civil servants.Taking Shandong Province as an example,this paper attempts to explore the current situation and causes of job burnout of grass-roots female civil servants,and adopts the research method of combining theory and practice,combining questionnaire survey with field interviews,and integrating and processing the data in the later stage.Through the comparative analysis of data,this study learned that the problem of job burnout of female civil servants at the grass-roots level in Shandong Province is widespread.In the data results of interviews and surveys,we found that the causes of job burnout of female civil servants at the grass-roots level mainly come from three aspects,namely,individual,organization and environment.Therefore,the corresponding policies are put forward,mainly in three aspects: improving personal ability,improving organizational incentive system and providing social support system.
