| In recent years,with the accelerating pace of China's reform and opening up and the continuous advancement of the process of socialist modernization,China is gradually entering a crucial period of economic transition and social transformation.Various social problems and contradictions are intertwined,resulting in a large number of new social risks and phenomena.At the same time,due to the existence of large injustices and unreasonable problems in the social structure,China's social fragmentation in the context of high-risk eras has become increasingly serious.The pattern of interest has begun to develop in the direction of diversification.Contradictions and frictions between different interest subjects and groups have also intensified.Retaliation for social events is an extreme manifestation of China's class conflict of interests.The uncertainty of its occurrence,the irrationality and anti-social nature of its behavior,and the demonstration and serious panic that it brings to the society have seriously threatened the safety of life and property and social security of the general public.It has become a major obstacle to China's social and economic development and the construction of a harmonious society.The so-called retaliation for social evens refers to incidents in which individual vulnerable people in society take violent extreme retaliatory actions against unspecified objects as a result of their hatred of society or aroused the attention of the government and society.Such as the 2010 "Zheng Minsheng campus massacre of children in the case",2011 "Changsha large car crash",2013 "Xiamen BRT arson",2016 "1.5 Yinchuan bus arson",and so on,which reflected these events of revenge on society,is actually a kind of endanger the harmonious development of the society,namely the phenomenon of revenge on society.Since the reform and opening up,as the number of retaliation for social events in China has increased year by year,the government and academia have also begun to pay more attention to the evasion and control of such social risks and phenomena.This paper takes China's transitional period as a macro background,and analyzes and studies the revenge social events that have occurred in the past decade.It classifies the manifestations of revenge social phenomena in China during the transition period into five types: murder,arson,explosion,poisoning,and driving collision.It summarizes the four major characteristics of the retaliation of social phenomena,namely the offender belongs to the bottom of the personnel,premeditation and sudden,the uncertainty of loss and the irrational and antisocial behavior.From the three aspects of social factors,political factors and individual factors,the author analyzes the root causes of the revenge social phenomenon in China.In order to effectively curb the retribution of social phenomena,the government should proceed from the three major aspects of improving the livelihood of the people,srengthing the social construction,smoothing the channels of interest expression,improving the mechanism of right relief and conflict resolution,improving the social psychological guidance mechanism and strengthening the risk prevention and control of public safety.At present,China has entered a stage of "high-risk society," and the government is faced with unprecedented challenges in risk.The revenge on social phenomena has beco me an unfavorable factor in the destruction of China's socialist harmonious society.Overc oming and containing this social phenomenon has become a social problem that China ur gently needs to solve.The frequent social retaliation incidents in the past decade have sh own that the government must not only conduct in-depth research on revenge on social i ssues as a systemic issue,but also on the principle of safeguarding the interests of the p eople and strengthen and attach importance to such malice in daily life.The prevention and control of events can actually achieve the effect of preventing rainstorms and preven ting problems. |
