Study On The Right To Know Of The Public Budget

In the information age,information has become the most valuable social resource.Accordingly,the right to know and obtain information has increasingly become the focus of attention.Specifically,in the field of finance,the knowledge of budget,which is the core of national finance,is particularly crucial.The importance of the corresponding public budget right to know is self-evident.It concerns not only the level and responsibility of a country's democratic political development,the healthy and orderly development of a country's economy,but also the realization of citizens'democratic rights and the maintenance of vital interests.The right to know the public budget refers to the right and freedom of citizens,legal persons and other organizations to obtain and know the government budget information.As a basic idea of modern democratic politics,it requires the government budget to be transparent and open,to respond to the demands of the public in a timely manner,and to accept the supervision of the public.But at present,the development of this right is relatively slow,its theory and practice are still in the stage of development,and it is not mature enough.Therefore,we must deepen the research on the right to know the public budget,clarify the connotation and value of this right,and investigate its actual situation and existing problems and causes through the empirical evaluation of the development process and its practical status of the right to know the public budget in China.In order to provide theoretical guidance for the shaping and development of the right to know in public budget,this paper probes deeply into the theoretical construction of the right to know in public budget.On this premise,the right should be legalized by law as a bridge,which is also the only way to realize the public budget right to know.Therefore,paying full attention to the right to know the public budget,strengthening its understanding and perfecting its theory and legal system construction are of theoretical value and practical significance for safeguarding civil rights and promoting fiscal democracy.
