Social Work Institutions And Community Relations Under The Background Of Government Purchasing Services

Community neighborhood committees are autonomous organizations within urban communities,and community is the main support of urban social work,so social work will inevitably interact with community neighborhood committees.Starting from M institution,this study studies the relationship between urban social work and neighborhood committees.Analysis found that the current social work agencies and professional level is low awareness of the extension of functions of the government led to the intervention of social work mechanism is more,at the same time cultural context restricts the social work organization and its dynamic role is limited,so the social work organization and community residents' committees formed asymmetric dependencies,social work institutions to the community residents' committees exist strong dependence,and community residents' committees weak dependence on social work institutions.The asymmetry of both rely on brought social work institutions,as well as the influence of social work institutions with the help of the community residents' committees to reduce working resistance and reduce project cost,but also brings the social work service effect reduces the working content and security administration,etc,so that social work should adopt measures to reverse its weak position in the resource.First social work should begin from the macro environment should speed up the professional admittance system and the construction of supervision and management system for the specialization of social work to provide the guarantee on the system,the social work institutions should broaden access to capital in order to reduce the dependence on the community funds,and social work self marketing should be strengthened to improve the social awareness,the social work should strengthen the cooperation between the organization to implement the resources sharing between organization and bring the negative shadow eventually reduce the two relations,to promote the development of social work.
