Research On Social Work Intervention In The Survival Dilemma Of Old Persons Living Alone

With the deepening trend of aging in China,the number of elderly living alone is increasing.Compared with other groups of the elderly,the daily life of the elderly living alone is faced with multiple dilemmas:high risk of home safety;lack of interpersonal communication,no communication in the face of problems;unaccompaniecause d medical treatment when they are sick.The author believes that the root of many dilemmas of the elderly living alone lies in the lack of social support system,and the construction of social support system for the elderly living alone can alleviate their sense of spiritual loneliness and promote it.Its physical and mental health is of great significance.Research shows that some local governments and social organizations have paid great attention to the plight of the elderly living alone.For example,in Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province,a region for the elderly living alone carries out "1+1" care service activities for the elderly,equips each elderly living alone with a volunteer,regularly provides shampoo,nail clipping and other life services;and in Binzhou City,Shandong Province,a community carries out the Spring Festival.The comfort services for the elderly in the community send rice,noodles,oil and other necessities of life to meet the basic needs of the elderly,but in summary,these services are more focused on meeting their basic needs of life,and pay less attention to the home safety needs and psychological needs of the elderly living alone,ignoring the construction of social support system for the elderly living alone.This research relies on the project of "caring for the solitary,the most beautiful sunset",chooses typical cases in the project,investigates the survival status of the case owner,defines the main predicament and service needs faced by the case owner through demand analysis,constructs the social support system of the solitary elderly from the aspects of neighborhood,community and society with the theory of social support,and uses the case management mode to fundamentally solve the case.The physical and psychological problems facing the Lord.This paper consists of six parts,the first part includes project background,project specific introduction,feasible social work practice and project significance;the second part reviews the literature,defines related concepts and theoretical basis,and research ideas and research methods;the elderly living alone face difficulties and causes of analysis,the selection process of the case owners;the third part writes practical mode,case management mode.Feasibility analysis,scheme design;the fourth part is the practical content of the project process;the fifth part is the closure and evaluation,multi-dimensional evaluation of service effect;the sixth part is the discussion and suggestions,discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the project,and putting forward suggestions for improvement.
