Social Work Intervention Research On The Elderly Life Needs' Care Service Of The Old Persons Living Alone In Rural Areas

Since the 21 st century,China's population aging problem has become increasingly prominent and aggravated.In all kinds of news reports,it is often heard that the elderly population is not cared for,and even there are malignant cases of refusing to support,which pushes the problem of old-age support to the forefront of the wind.At the same time,with the continuous development of economy and society,a large number of young and middle-aged rural labor force has been transferred to cities in China,which has led to the emergence of a group of Left-behind elderly people in rural areas,who lack social care,and encounter many difficulties in the issue of pension.Based on this,this paper takes the living conditions of the elderly living alone in the countryside as the background,and takes the rural A community in Zhongshan City as an example to discuss the living needs of the elderly living alone in the countryside and how social work should serve the elderly living alone in the countryside.In the process of this study,through investigation and case work and team work intervention,we know that the basic needs of the elderly living alone in rural areas are spiritual companionship,material needs are only the most basic needs,and the elderly living alone hope to get more spiritual enjoyment in the elderly stage.Faced with such needs,social work should focus on meeting the needs of the elderly when it comes to the life of the elderly living alone in rural areas.In order to effectively meet the needs of the elderly living alone,we should focus on improving the government care system and giving full play to the non-governmental organizations,considering the problems and predicaments faced by social work at the present stage,such as inadequate government support,non-governmental organizations failing to give full play to their role,and community construction lagging behind.To improve the efficiency of social work services for the elderly living alone in rural areas,and to improve the happiness index of the elderly living alone.
